Technical Safety Services (TSS) LLC, a leading provider of testing, calibration, certification, and environmental services for Life Sciences and Healthcare, announces that Marc Boreham has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Marc is a senior industry executive with an extensive background in life sciences and a strong track record in service businesses. Marc joined TSS in 2021 as company President. Prior to joining TSS, Marc worked at Agilent Technologies for 20 years in various positions, including leading the Enterprise Services Division and Agilent's 3000-strong, global field service team. His experience includes working in the UK, the United States, and mainland Europe, and global management responsibility in 30+ countries. Much of his early career was in the corporate development space leading both acquisition transactions and integrations.
Brent Hart, who has led TSS as CEO for the last 3 years, is voluntarily stepping down and will assume the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Brent has been with the organization for over 20 years, having started as a field service engineer and worked his way up through various management positions prior to becoming CEO. Under Brent’s leadership, TSS expanded significantly through multiple acquisitions, geographic reach, and service capability enhancements, all enabling TSS to take a leading market position.
